Ayman, Thanks for understanding. I am glad you like things so far, this really is a family effort that makes things run so smoothly around here.

Ayman, We have things set up so that people cannot abuse our servers. These settings have little effect on most people but those with larger lists will run into problems. Some scripts will allow you to send in batches but we are unable to change our settings on a per account basis. It really is done for the protection of all of the users on a server. I am sure you would not like it if another user on your server was tying up all of the resources sending thousands of email or got your server blacklisted from the places you were trying to send your email to.

Sure you can call in, but you have to prove you are the owner.

Speaking of faster, I can see the site now.

Scott, Just letting you know it has been seen but I do not have an answer. Lets wait a little bit and see if anyone else has an idea.

As soon as? Not always. The sending mail server will usually try for a period of time and then wait a little while before trying again. It most often follows this procedure for a few days before failing completely. It really does depend on the sending mail servers settings.

Those steps sound right. I created one using the defaults just now and had it generate a basic counter. It gave me the following code; <img src="/cgi-sys/Count.cgi?df=xxxxxx.dat|display=Counter|ft=6|md=5|frgb=100;139;216|dd=A"> xxxxxx.dat = my cPanel username I put that at the bottom of my page above the </body> tag and it displayed for me. Did you follow those steps?

That is setting that is not modified on a single account basis.
