I do not believe one can be too militant about protecting their computers. I like adaware for my spyware catching and others like spybot, and it seems one will catch those that the other wont, or so they say.

To add to what Don has said, staff does not look through these forums looking for problems to solve and we mods do not have access to account information. Remember that billing is the busiest area and they can take longer to get through to. They also have a phone number to call if needed.

By the way, if everyone BUT you can see the site then you are most likely having a routing issue between you and the site.

I do this all the time and then get irked cause I didnt hit back fast enough to get past the redirect and end up loading that page about six times before I get it.

From a users perspective all I want to know is if it is up or down. If it is up then I can try my own diagnostics to see where the failure is occuring. I also think Bob has a point in that too much information may confuse those that dont know what it means to begin with.

I would start at http://www.oscommerce.info. The index page is usually modified in the includes/languages/english/index.php area and some header and footer information can be changed in the includes/languages/english.php file.

Have you tried making a banner and adding it via the banner manager?

ASP is not supported on our servers. BTW, it is similar to PHP but runs best on Windows servers.

Nothing has changed. I have been having similar issues lately. It is an address that I dont use often but it was found by the spammer and I have been getting hit pretty hard.

Depends on how busy the servers are and if they are having issues communicating with each other. I have had email take four days to make it to me.

Not as part of our AUP all parked domains must point to the root of your main site. Is it a cPanel site? If so we may be able to transfer it for you before you close the acount there. If not I would make your own backup and upload it here before cancelling your account there. You are allowed to use that here. We have many bloggers here.
