I find the use of contrasting colors works well in this picture. The lighting brings out the texture and ads to the realism of the subject. It moved me to tears. Actually, if you couldn't tell, I know nothing of photography. I must say that it is a striking photo though.

You should get notice if all goes well. You can register for hosting anytime you wish and might want to do so before so you can get your site uploaded so there will be something waiting after the transfer completes.

I have been using FTP to delete the files I am replacing, if there aren't that many and then unpacking the file. I honestly dont know the answer to question 1 though.

Most of the time there is a "File URL" listed under the "Move File" link. Odd that it is not there for you.

"Feature" is often used to describe a bug in software. It is used with a bit of irony. For example, I found a new feature on my cell-phone, it shuts off when I attach the data cable to it. That is just how that option works in cPanel. Look below the "Show file contents" link, what is the last link in that half of the window, above the trash area?

I can't say. Different hosts do different things. You really need to wait for a response from them as they will know what those settings might be.

Doc, It would be really bad form for me to point you to any host other than this host, free or not. It is also bad form for anyone to go to a hosting company's website and point people to another host. Besides, this host is only $4 a month. It is less than the cost of a burger in most restaurants and we have half the fat and all of the taste.
