awStats runs at about that time as it is server intensive. If it were run more often then you might see degradation in the performance of your website as it would be using all of the resources that could be used for serving your website.

Yes, we offer that skin of cPanel. osCommerce is used here by many of our customers. You can have an unlimited number of databases as long as it fits within the space and bandwidth of the plan you chose. Yes we can help with the install. There is a one time $35 dollar fee to have it installed to your account though. You may use any FTP program you wish to upload your files. I know we have customers using Core. Welcome to the forums.

Don't forget that after you make the change that it can take up to 72 hours for that change to complete. Often it is much faster than that but be prepared, if your luck is anything like mine it can take a while.

More space and more bandwidth for close to the same price often means overselling the server in the hosting world. That translates in to a poorer server response and sometimes greater down time. We undersell the servers to maintain maximum performance. I always say that one should give it a try to see what you would be missing. I can bet that the server response, uptime and support can not be found anywhere else at this or any price point. Jim, stop typing so fast.

Tim, Most of do not use FP or don't use it in the manner that would give us a way to provide an answer that would resolve your particular issue. One of our family members might have an answer but they may not have found this post yet.
