I did that with my site, renamed the image they were trying to get and uploaded my own "fun" image with the name they were pulling off the site. It was using bandwidth but not enough to cause worry and it stopped pretty fast.

Thats what the transfer email should do. You request a transfer, we email you to confirm it. Once you do, we send communication to your registrar letting them know you are wanting to transfer. They send you an email to confirm, when you do they transfer the domain here. That is how it is supposed to work.

Well osCommerce can calculate postage by weight no problem. I am not sure if it can adjust for PayPal fees, I would look at their contributions to see about that. I couldn't remember the exact resolution so I did a search in the forums. vangrieg, that may be an alternative but for me I am not sure I can remember to type that at the end or to include it in the code.
