Hello Fmartin, First let me welcome you to the forums, Just as TCH-Thomas has stated you should have received a Welcome Email from TCH on this Email it would tell you that you would need to change your DNS settings to point to the TCH DNS settings on the email as well. If you do not have this information you can open up a Help desk ticket and give them the information about your Account. The Help Desk link is located at the top of this page.
