DotProjects Installation Instructions In a matter of 45 minutes I had the software running without issues. If you need further assistance simply ask here in the forums and we will be glad to assist.

  5. Bruce the real breakdown was the 12 sodas that came with all those vaulue meals. I was soda logged and the food breakdown was more like 40 3 Bill 40 and me 3 its a wonder what $3.00 will get you at Taco Bell

  13. Hello cajunman4life, Yes you can purchase an SSL cert form a third party and have us install it for you. When you are ready for us to do this just pop a ticket in with the helpdesk and it will be all sorted out.

  16. Hello Queen, A websites completeness in the eyes of TotalChoice is that the pages load and not pages with Under Contstruction on them. We certainly know and understand that a WEBSITE is NEVER completly DONE so don't If you would like us to add your site to the Family pages please fill out the information and submit it.   19. Hello Simon, First off please let me point out that the forums do not handle Help Desk related matters such as what you are asking for. You should submit a ticket with our help desk located Here Secondly, You submited a ticket (UTN-34063) requesting that we add an SSL certificate to that domain. When doing so I replied to your ticket with the following information Hello, As one of the first steps to installing an SSL certificate to your site we will need to move your site to a dedicated IP address. Your sites IP address will be:XXX-XX-XX-XX (Ip removed for post) Please note that your site may appear down for a time period due to the propagation of the new IP address. This is usually less then 24 hours but can take as long as 72 hour to fully propagate. Once the Propagation is complete we will update you to the status of the next step which is installing your Certificate. Thank you for choosing TotalChoice Hosting.   20. nabreu First welcome , I did not notice your post until now but I do want to point out that our BILLING hours are 10-4 EST M - F the post you may have seen is incorrect and has been updated to show the correct hours Also if you searched our forums you would also have seen http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...showtopic=18047 Also on our Home page listed under the Contact us area http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/contact-web-host.html it states our Billing contact information as well as hours of operations If you have a Billing issue that needs attention we do monitor our Billing Support desk 7 days a week. Please post a ticket with our Support Desk at https://ssl.totalchoicehosting.com/supportdesk/ address it to the Billing Department and I am sure that you will receive a response in a timely manner

Hello Cuco, As Dark has pointed out, Simply submit a ticket with our Help desk asking us to change the domain names to the new domain you wish to use. grupogumil.com is pointing to our servers currently. empresasmilanes.com is not. So a simple domain name change is all you will need to do if you wish to use grupogumil.com as your hosted domain with us. Once you submit your ticket with us we will update the Billing information and change the domain names on the server for you.
  22. As a follow up with Bill's Post We are setting up a process that will prevent this type of issue in the future. We will be periodically syncing up the DNS Servers and validating the contents on a more frequent basis. I would also like to thank everyone for their support and patience during this issue.
  23. Hello Dayna, First Welcome to the Family and forums. For your question "Can I somehow transfer the web page I build there to your site?" The best way would be to just publish the same site you published to your Earthlink account to your account here with TCH. If your Earthlink Account gave you access with Cpanel then you could open a ticket with our support desk and have us try and transfer the account for you. I am thinking though that you were using the webspace that Earthink provided you because you use them as your ISP. so it is doubtful that you were given CPANEL to manage the site. On your welcome email you were given and IP address and username as well as you registered a domain name. You can simply set it up to FTP / or Publish to the Hosting package you purchased with TCH If you have problems just let us know and we will be glad to assist where we can.
