theHemi they replied to you letting you know that you need to try it again and see if the problem still persists. Also they said that they Cleared the Email Queue Please test and make sure that the problem still persists and if it does then re-open the ticket with examples. Thank you

I am really not sure it would cause an effect to text based files.

PHP files can be uploaded as ASCII , they are not executables in the normal sense. they are more like HTML files with commands

I am in aggreement with Madman on this. I find that I get people asking OVER and OVER again how to go about cleaning their systems. Time and Time again I tell usually the same people to make sure that they run Adaware and Spybot as well as keep their Antivirus Software up to date. When it comes time for me to actually clean their systems for them I find it easier and less time consuming to do as madman says and just do a complete Clean install
