Effective October 21, 2003, FormMail will once again be disabled on all servers. Once again spammers have found a way to use this tool to their advantage and for the safety and security of all TotalChoice Hosting clients we have decided this time around to just disable this permanently. This also means that cgiemail will also be disabled as well. We are sorry for any problems this causes to our current or future clients, but in the long run of things this will help us continue to give you the best possible service and support we can. Once again, both FormMail and cgiemail are disabled for permanently.

Yes, there should be no problem in getting this done. Once you have registered the new name, just open up a help desk ticket and we'll do the ol' switch-a-roo on the server for you. If you wanted to, I guess you could go ahead and cancel the older plan, then sign up for a new account. I'd say the easiest way around the problem though would be to just get the domain name replaced on your current plan. (unless you were wanting to get a bigger package, or a reseller or dedicated versus a regular account.)

Seems the folks up in Redmond have decided they are going to stop patching Windows so often. Microsoft says it's going to stop issuing weekly software patches, instead moving to monthly patches except in case of emergency. What do you think about this? Is this a good or bad move by Microsoft?

How can you change your billing details? Well if you change your company name, or you wish for us to have another e-mail address for us to contact you on you can put in a ticket to our customer service department at the help desk and we'll get the information updated in our databases. Now if you wish to change credit cards, or change the same information on the billing side of things, you will need to contact the company that processed your order for us (2checkout, paysystems or paypal) and change this information with them.
