  1. You should reopen the ticket. Your ticket was probably answered quite some time ago. If you have received no responses it would be better to open a new ticket and be sure the email address is entered correctly. We get a lot of Help Desk tickets with incorrect addresses.
  2. You should have the email now. I just resent it to the address you used on the Help Desk ticket. The original was sent to a hotmail address you used on signing up.
  3. I shouldn't take too long.
  4. Please open a Help Desk ticket by using the link at the top of this page. Provide the domain name and your name. Just put none for the username and password prompts. Someone there can delete the failed order so you can place the order.
  5. I've used Picassa for a couple of years having received it with a camera I bought a few years back. I even purchased it for my daughter a couple of months ago. Google has just bought the program and offers it for free. It is very easy to use and is pretty nice. I like the timeline view that will show all the pictures on your hard drive.
  6. Please check your email. I have resent the information.
  7. I looked at the account settings and see that Liz has answered. AMemeber basically writes a section into your .htaccess file to force using a different .htpassword file than the system default. So Amember is controlling the access to the directory preventing the CPanel ftp from working correctly. You would need to contact Amemeber support to determine if there is a way to grant write access for the user.
  8. It normally takes a week to 10 days. Make sure you reply to any emails from the two registrars to approve the transfer.
  9. There is no way to do this in CPanel, it must be changed on the server level. Submit a Help Desk request using the link at the top of this page and request a change in domain name and we will take care of it. You will need to be sure that the nameservers are set to ns1.totalchoicehosting.com and ns2.totalchoicehosting.com with the registrar of the domain.
  10. It would be best to open a Help Desk ticket and request that your account be reprovisioned. That will insure that all is set up correctly.
  11. Please submit a Help Desk ticket using the link at the top of this page. It could be that the secure server is down and needs to be restarted.
  12. All servers have been updated with the new plans. Please let us know on the Help Desk if you have any problems.
  13. Many FP forms must be editted live on your site. Use the Open Web option on the File menu and then open the form and edit it. Then save it back to the site.
  14. Here is an update: All servers have been updated to the new plan limits except 5, 6, and 8. I will work on those three as I can tomorrow and Monday. If you notice anything unusual please open a Help Desk ticket. Please check your quota in CPanel and let us know if it is not using the new limits (unless you are on 5, 6, or 8.)
  15. I also should add that the reseller servers are the most difficult to update. The reason is that there are two places to update the limits, the package limits and the WHM privileges. That means that we have to individually update all reseller accounts. The best option is to open a ticket if you are running short on bandwidth or disk space.
  16. Upgrades have been completed on some servers and we are working through them as quickly as we can. There have been some snags along the way such as having to individually update all accounts on some servers. As has been mentioned before, if you are running low on disk space or bandwidth we ask that you open a Help Desk ticket and we can look at updating the account individually even if the server has not been updated. We have not refused any such request, to my knowledge, if it was legitimate. The process was only slowed down, however, as we had folks requesting the new limits even though there were only using a fraction of the space they were already allotted. In most cases we went ahead and updated the account but it is much slower to update one by one rather than by server. Given that it easily can take about an hour to update one server and check it the process is not instantaneous.
  17. I have zipped the files you requested and responded from the Help Desk.
  18. The duplicate folders should only be visible if you are logged into your main admin email account. They are due to the way CPanel is set up to provide for previous mail systems and a remnant of moving to some new ways of handling subdomain mail. You really should not delete any as it can create problems.
  19. Try using /usr/bin instead as the path to IM. If that does not work please open a Help Desk ticket and we can look at it and reinstall Image::Magick if necessary.
  20. You can use SquirrelMail over port 80 using http://******/sqmail to access it. There is no way to access CPanel using any other port.
  21. I've restarted the stats program so it should run this evening. If it hasn't run in the morning open a ticket and we can have a closer look.
  22. I did note that you submitted a Help Desk ticket and the alias was set for you on the server. Please note that if you make any changes to subdomains through CPanel it will break the alias.
  23. Give it a few more hours and it should work fine. It appears that the DNS Zone on the server maintained your godaddy parked page IP. I have corrected it and the domain should work fine given a little more time. If there is still a problem after a few hours open a ticket and we can repark it.
  24. You can install the forum that we are using here in the Add-on scripts in your CPanel. It is Invision Power Board.
