Welcome to the forums You do need a script to do this, but basically you set a forward for that email address in cpanel and pipe it to the script. The script will then be run only when an email is received (so no real overhead if it's only occasional mail) and that script will read the email, and put the data into the database.

Welcome to the forum Icurus I haven't played with it much myself. If you are after a wysiwyg type CSS builder then it's not bad. With Adobe puchasing Macromedia, I'm not sure what the future is for it. ie. Will they be replacing it with the Dreamweaver products.... Personally I love some of the Adobe products, but go-live isn't my choice for web design. However, everyone has there own requirements, and I don't think there is a single system that is best for all.

The old feeds are likely to be in /hbh/index.xml (although that depends on your setup of course)

The bit I missed.... you need to uninstall the old version, or install in a new directory. Trying to install over the top doesn't work

She can check the settings by; Start menu > Settings > Network connections > Local area connection On the general tab, scroll down to find and highlight "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)", click on PROPERTIES It's generally best to set these to be automatic (IP address and DNS servers). If they are not set to automatic - take a note of the current settings, and then set to automatic. If they are set to automatic, and theings are obviously not working - she should contact her ISP and find out the IP address of their DNS servers - they can then be added to that box. welcome baaaaaaaack The problems sounds as if it is with her local DNS. She is possibly not getting her DNS properly from the local server. I would look at the internet / connection network options and check that the DNS Servers, DHCP server etc are set up correctly.

The page that Bruce linked to is not about Horde. I assume you are meaning the area for email filtering where it says The email filtering is in cpanel, in the mail section (the same place you find spam assassin). There should be a link to "E-mail Filtering" - then follow the instructions above.

You can always add a file in your public_html directory called robots.txt. This should be a plain text file with >User-agent: * Disallow: / in it. This will then stop all well behaved bots.

welcome to the forum you can change all the files in a single directory with some FTP clients, but I would open a ticket at the help desk, and ask us to change the permissions, recursively, on that directory
