One of the MT experts will be along shortly - but I'd be pretty sure it's a core dump when your MT has "crashed" for some reason. What exactly is causing it to crash, you would need to look in the log file and possible in that dump file.

Hi jesselahey, welcome to the forums Since you signed up 2.5 years ago, and this is your first post, I hope it's the start of lots more posts Why not install a suitable CMS on the account for them ? There are plenty of good open source CMS that are easy to install, config and run.

I'm glad most of it is sorted not sure why everything apart from contacts sync. I'd suspect that it's in the settings for that part (you have been through and set up what fields in outlook are associated with which field in the phone? )

I used to have the 02 XDA - but I didn't get the problem you are seeing. I assume you've done all the usual things.... defined what to sync, which outlook user, which fields etc. Can you access the XDA via file manager ? (ie. Is the connection good, and all the security issue sorted out.) Can you do a manual sync (rather than an automatic one) ? And is it just the contacts that fail ? Or everything that fails ?

well, setting up the cron is the easy bit The slightly more tricky bit is writing the script that will do the job. The file is a simple text file, so the script would need to read line by line looking for headers. Once it had found the headers, it could read them and then delete messages over a certain age. Doing a quick google, I found two that you could modify; expire_mail http://www.cpan.org/scripts/mailstuff/expire_mail.pl Garbmail http://ukms.linux.tucows.com/conhtml/preview/8249.html Both of these would need a little modification to do the task you want, but would at least form a basis to work from.

Why not set Ageing in cpanel, for the email account? This will delete the emails after a certain number of days (as long as they have been downloaded via POP) - it saves you doing a cron.

just create a user with the same name, and new password in cpanel - and that will effectively change the password.

Mae, That would be fine. You can either use www.name.com/jewellery (which puts all your jewellery in a folder) to keep it separate, or you could use jewellery.name.com which would be a subdomain.

Hi Andy, Check in the .htaccess in the public_html directory. I'd guess it has a "directoryindex" command which is forcing it not to look at the index.php file.

Hi Layla, Can you give us a link to the blog to see what sort of errors you are getting ? I would also suggest checking the error log in your cpanel, and see if that gives any clues.

I'd open a ticket at the help desk (abuse department) and let us have a look at it.
