I've got a friend whose made a phpBB template using my website design before.. But he says it takes a long time to do it, and it has to be done manually. Unless you can replicate the look with just the colors.

When I viewed it in my browser, it cycled through once and stopped... I don't have much experience with GIF files, as I've only made them using Paint Shop Pro, and it had an option to loop them forever...

I'm in with Gorilla on this one. It's a really good idea to set a quota. Then for them to continue the use of their account effectively, they'll have to remove messages every so often. POP3 "download them remove" is a really great way to do it as well, but the only drawback of that is that they aren't on the server, so the user would only be able to view old mail on their home computer. But that's better than having to delete it off the server and not even having it at home.

Hey Rick, it gave me that after one unentered password... Then again, I didn't neccessarily get it wrong, I just clicked cancel, so that does the same thing. Just bringing this to the attention of the users, so they can just click cancel rather than try to login three times in a row.
