... In my opinion, when you are finally able to get yourself into WinXP... Do a fresh install. Only then can you be sure that the software installation is 100% clean and fresh, and that any problems after a fresh install are likely hardware-related.

I'm not sure if we can activate any of the PHP ZIP functions, but have you tried putting in a help desk ticket to see if that can be accomplished for you? Is your script only configured to upload one, or more? I'm not too familiar with multiple file uploads, because I've only gotten PHP to upload just one... But it is possible to build a PHP script that accepts multiple files.

Yep. They're right. I usually run all of my PHP coding before the HTML output. By convention, I'll run all of the PHP code up top and have it store any HTML output in variables, then generate the HTML output after the PHP-intensive things have been executed and evaluated. The only problem with doing it that way is that if there's a holdup in the PHP script execution, there's no output of HTML until it completes.

Assuming you are asking about a reseller, here is the process: 1) Get the new domain registered. 2) Have kestaal.com's hosting package upgraded to a reseller account. 3) Add new domain to the reseller account (This may not have to be done first) 4) Get the master account for the reseller switched to the new domain. I've had it done without any serious problems.

Something funny just occurred to me... The guy who started up this post just had it backlash on him in a big way. He tried to slander TCH, but what ended up happening was the family coming in here, calling him out, and explaining why TCH is just so incredibly awesome. His "bad TCH" post turned into a "good TCH" post that revealed that we family members have brains, hehe.

Reminder: you cannot partake in illegal activities with your TCH accounts. If you are dealing with MP3s, make sure they are all legal in what you are doing with them. You are responsible for what your users do with your website, so if they do something illegal, it all comes back to you. That being said... I think the INI setting is where you want to go. I think there's a function in PHP that you can use to set the INI without having to open the INI in an editor, but I'm not sure what it is.

Then again, I imagine there are certain things you cannot say, so.. heh. I've got tongs of ideas. I'm creative and a hopeless romantic so I know all about this stuff! Have you considered blindfolding her and taking her to a romantic restaurant and having roses already on the table? Maybe having someone sing to you two there? Dancing involved? Maybe something like a "Prom" for your marriage?

What you're asking is to pass-protect just one file and not a folder? Can't be done, to my knowledge. You'll have to do what bruce is suggesting, because I don't think you can setup a password protection on one file in an unprotected folder.
