Hello. I'm not sure if this is the proper forum to post about this, but I'm having a problem with cancellation. Or maybe not, is it normal to wait more than 3 days to have my account cancelled? The reasons for my cancellation have nothing to do with TCH service, since it's marvellous, but with a problem I have mantaining my site. Well, the fact is that my ticket is still on hold and no one has contacted me about it. Thank you on advance, regards
