  1. If you really don't care about that mail, you could delete that user's Inbox via cPanel's File Manager. Not an elegant solution, but one I've used to keep from deleting page by page (in NeoMail). Good luck!
  2. Hi, folks - please forgive a beginner question! Since 3/29, we have had a number of emails rejected like the one that follows. It is only the BellSouth addresses that are a problem, no others. Is this a problem at fayettenativity.com or at bellsouth.net? Any help you can give is GREATLY appreciated! Regards, Martha ********************************************************* This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: (address deleted)@bellsouth.net (ultimately generated from (address deleted)@fayettenativity.com) SMTP error from remote mailer after MAIL FROM:<fayette@server50.totalchoicehosting.com> SIZE=3619: host mx00.mail.bellsouth.net [205.152.59.32]: 550 The sender domain must have a valid MX record. 3. Foks - What is the best way to manage the disk space used by my user's email? I'd optimally like to be able to have the files deleted after a certain number of days. Right now, I'm logging in as each user and deleting those messages by hand. Not fun! Any suggestions? THANKS!
  4. Dear Rob, I'm sorry, I didn't know you couldn't see the info. Regardless, the transfer is now complete and www.fayettenativity.com is good to go. THANK YOU to everyone who helped me through this process!
  5. Hi, again. The last two times I've posted I get the error "Mail Error! Could not send the email Failed at 'mail' command" but the post does go through. (At least I've learned not to re-post!) I don't know if this is a problem on my end or on yours, but I thought I should mention it?
  6. Hi, folks! I submitted a request for a domain transfer for www.fayettenativity.com. Would you please tell me where we are in the process? This is what I know: I contacted the fellow who is listed as the admin contact and have heard back from him today; he has emailed support at secureserver.net saying, "I have received the notices to approve the change of server hosts of the domain Fayettenativity.com. However, the links sent to me in the emails do not work and when followed take me to an expired page... The codes required to process the transaction are listed below, please take the action necessary to enable the changes requested by ... for the change of domain host of this domain..." When I login and check the status of the transfer, it tells me that "The transfer for this domain has been submitted to your old registrar and we are waiting for them to approve your request. This step should be completed in 5-7 business days and you will be notified via email." I don't know if the codes my friend mentioned still need to be entered somewhere, or if you've done that for us and we're at the next step. THANKS for your help!
  7. Dear Lianna - thanks for the gentle steer in the right direction. The problem is that, over time and many hands at the controls, the information on the domain name registrar is lost. I've submitted a request to transfer to TCH (which worked this time - go figure!) and contacted the fellow who is listed as our administrative contact, hoping that the email address in the whois data base is valid. If you can think of anything else that might work better, please let me know! Otherwise, I'm here keeping my fingers crossed. Again - THANKS.
  8. Hi, folks - I've signed up for an account, gotten my welcome email, and now I'm trying to transfer the domain to TCH. When I try, I get the response: "WWW.FAYETTENATIVITY.COM - This name is unavailable for transfer. " Am I doing something wrong? THANKS for the help!

  10. Hi, folks! I've been shopping for a new host for our church's web site and am impressed by what I'm reading about TCH. I'm ready to sign us up, but I've not changed hosting providers before and have a couple of questions: Once I upload our code to your servers, how do I change our domain name to point to TCH rather than the old host? If I decide to transfer our domain registration to TCH, should that be done before or after the change of the hosting? Thanks for your help with this.
