  6. Welcome to the family! Your best bet would be to open a help desk ticket to support as the techs are the only ones that could answer this question. The forum mods do not have access to the servers and the techs do not frequent the forum.

  10. Yes, if you are using XHTML you have to follow the syntax required.
  11. If you are using HTML you end your tags with ">". If you are getting into XHTML all tags must be closed.   13. They will investigate the claim before shutting you down. There's not much you can do about someone spoofing your address. It's the primary way of delivering an email virus.

  17. There is no folder called "root". If your forum is in a folder called "forums" that is what your root folder is.
  18. The folder root is your forum's main folder.

    The correct host is "localhost" You may have problems before propogation. Moving for organization.
  20. Shelle, You would need a reseller account to create additional sites. You can only point addtional domains to the same place as your original domain on regular hosting accounts. One entry point per shared hosting accounts.
