    Did you get a confirmation that the ticket was submitted? The help desk is quick to respond and you should have had an answer by now. Check the status of the ticket by clicking the link in the confirmation email that it was submitted or check the status by logging into the help desk.

    Since you say that this is a forwarder that you are replying too there is no mailbox associated to the account and therefore no password for the account. But as long as you have your SMTP configured in Thunderbird to send your actual email address and password it should work. If your ISP is blocking port 25 then yes try port 26. If you are sending secure you need to use port 465.
