So where is it now? You just need to extract the archive or upload the archive to a folder in you public_html folder called "blog".

Awstats Not Updating Since 08/21
TCH-Bruce replied to pablo0713's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
It has to be handled through the help desk. The mods don't have access to the servers or your account and the staff doesn't frequent the forum 24/7. -
Mrs Muddled, did you purchase a hosting account? That is a separate transaction from purchasing a domain name. It's sounding like you purchased a domain name and that is the only confirmation email that you have. I have checked and there is no record that you have purchased a hosting account yet. You can sign up for a hosting plan here.

Once again, the stats program is scheduled to run each evening. If the load happens to be high on the server when the logs are supposed to be run they will be skipped so it doesn't bring the server down. It should pick back up the next evening. If it fails to update for several days please open a ticket with the help desk and they will get it going again. -

Welcome to the forums Justin. Sorry, I use several forwards and have never had them just disappear. Are you sure nobody logged into your account and removed them? How secure is your password? Just a thought.

Your order confirmation is not the same as the Welcome email that you will receive after you account is provisioned.
-
There is no difference in reliability between servers. They are all rock solid. I would expect that you are concerned with bandwidth issues with adult and gambling sites. All servers are watched to be sure there are no resource hogs so that should be a non-issue.
-
Dori, the link that you posted for cPanel brings up a login dialog for me. Just enter your username and password given in your welcome email and you should be in. Remember to set your contact email address in cPanel to be notified of server issues. Use your ISP email address for this address or some other address not associated with your domain. "propagate" means for all the domain name servers around the world to pick up the address for your domain name.
-
Why don't you change your scripts that are sending the email you want to receive on the phone to use a special address that you can forward to your phone and support address.
-
You can only filter on one criteria. So if you choose "Subject" in the first dropdown and "contains" in the second and enter "problem report" in the box and enter your phone's email address in the last box.
-
The servers are configured for you to run scripts from any folder in your domain.

In the filter setup select "To" in the first dropdown, select "equals" in the second dropdown, enter the email address you want to filter in the box and then enter where you want it forwarded to in the last box. If you are trying to filter on a "From" address, you will probably have to pick one of the headers and use RegX to filter it.

I have a Palm OS PDA and have zero problems connecting to the mail servers using WiFi. So I would say that as long as you are using a standard email application you shouldn't have any problems unless how your connecting (WiFi, cellular) is causing you problems.
-
Full propagation will take between 24 and 72 hours. During that time some folks will see the old site while others will see the new site. And this can flip-flop back and forth until the propagation is complete.
-
You would have to build a filter and have it forwarded to where you want it to go. Whether this will still keep a copy in the original account I don't know as I have not tested it.
