It only indexes certain file types, and only from certain programs. for example it indexes AOL chat logs, but not Yahoo, it wont index AOL if you are using Trillian. It Indexes outlook and outlook express mail, but not any other mail program. Kind of pointless to me

Why Is It Popular To Put Stars In Http (h**p://..)
TCH-Dick replied to jandafields's topic in Open Discussion
Some users do this out of habit because there are a lot of forums that do not allow the posting of live links. Its allowed here but if we feel the need a link will be edited. This forum is attached to a bussiness so there are sites that TCH does not care to be linked to, fortunately for us it hasn't been a big issue. Here are some of the reasons I have seen other forums that do not allow live links. SPAM Hot linking Do not want links to competitors Inappropriate content SEO Complaints by site owners that are being linked to Eventual dead links I could go on all day but you get the idea. Like Don said if it "does not violate the forum guidelines, its ok to use a proper link." -
The cPanel demo is run by cPanel themselves, so we have no control over the availability of that demo.

As far as I know "We currently don't have any dedicated servers available. That may change in the next 30 days or so." You can view Pricing and Features here http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/web-hosting-dedicated.html

"Just tell them to unplug it......"

The main thing is a lot has changed since the new site was "built". plans, family pages etc. All total I think theres about 1200 files in the site, and I have been over and over and over them, just as soon as I think we have em all current and fixed we upload the site and find more problems. Pretty sure we have the major issues fixed and will probably be launching the new site this afternoon

Well the first question would be, did you fill in the correct info for database username, password and database name? They should be cpanelname_username, password and cpanelname_database. If you did that, the next question would be did you create the user and assign it to the database in managemysql in cpanel? If you already did both of those i'm stumped

We dont currently have a refferal program, but it is something that has been/is being considered. -
Lucky for us that this stayed at a peaceful level. Mostly because I think everyone keep a sense of humor about it. I am going to split this topic though. I just need a title, first reply gets it.

Adding the attachment mod isnt that hard, just make sure and save a backup of any files that need to be edited.

Effective 10/24/04 the price for an SSL certificate purchased through TotalChoice Hosting is $150. This includes a one time set up fee of $35 (unchanged) and a yearly $115 fee for the SSL certificate itself. The shared SSL on non reseller accounts is still available free of charge.

Please expalin. Is it just the layout or something else? No need to explain as I just realized your topic also says "File Manager". File Manger is the worst part of cPanel. It takes forver to upload files and most of the time changes to file permissions don't take. I only use it if I need to edit an individual file other than that I use FTP.

Ultimate Form Mail - Will Not Pass Information
TCH-Dick replied to cfs's topic in Script Suggestions
Re opened this topic, there may be other members here that use this and they may be able to help. -
You are looking at the wrong script, the one you reference (Awstats Access) has no problems. I have removed the underscore from "cpanel_username" to prevent any future confusion. The script they had an issue with is from the first post in this thread That script is for a standalone install of AWstats and does not contain the proper directories or credentials to access AWstats via cPanel.
