  1. Yeah, the SSL was purchased and installed for that domain. The SSL works fine and has been fine. So it's odd to me that something would show outside of the SSL and not behind.
  2. I'm getting a 404=Page cannot be found error. (with the SSL)
  3. Hey, I'm working with a cgi-script to process credit card payments, but I need to pass variables to it from another page. So I am trying to send the variables behind SSL, however it's throwing errors. This works: http://www.millcreekshopping.com/cgi-bin/pfprocess.cgi This does not: https://www.millcreekshopping.com/cgi-bin/pfprocess.cgi Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
  4. This one should be the one you "base" you styles off of. w3, is the standard of which you can base browser-compatible designs. It's cool to control every aspect of an HTML output, but if it doesn't show up on everyone's computer, it's rather useless. Just a little side note.
  5. Depends on what you want to do. Do you want to stream? Stills? Got any more info? HTH
  6. I'm on broadband (cable) - and I got about 3.5 seconds on the page, and about 10 seconds on the download (125k). Seems adequate. One thing you may want to mention, is the site uses a lot of images ( all of the nav/ top/ banner/ left are images ), so naturally this will affect page "load" - even though it not your connection speed, it based upon your processor and how quickly your computer can place all the images in place. I would recommend using text/ styles for all the text images. My professional opinion only. HTH
  7. It could be a set of uncompressed media files. I just recorded a friends album, and 16 tracks were like 800 MB, so it could be anything really. But back to the question at hand. Minamr, you could always just set your FTP to start when you go to bed or to work or something. It will naturally tie up your phone line for that period of time, but it works. Get yourself some Zzz's, FTP and you'll be good. Just a thought
