If you are going to use the header function you must not output anything even a space before calling it and when you include or require, you have to check each file for any output look for blank lines with a space. its best to put anything you need to output from an included file into a string and then output it after the header function. Cpanels file manager is not the best for editing php. You should get a good text editor.

I too am on Charter and they do have limits as to how many e-mails you can send at once. It is 25 at one time. I used a program called Group Mail Free and had to set it to reconnect every [20] messages, then pause for [5] seconds You may want to check it out. the free version is limited to a list of 100 subscribers, but you can have more lists and use the same message. As to I would not think so. Is your company state funded or a private business? I think you may want to check on that, before hand, to protect yourself from being reported to Charter. Reguardless what program you use, you need to include a message at the bottom with a link to opt out of your list. Hope this helps.

Yes you can set up domain accounts in the Web Host Manager (WHM) to restrict the space and bandwidth. You first create hosting packages with the space and bandwith for that package you can also create feature lists (what features the accounts will see) that you can select when you create a new account and select a package and a feature list. There are some flash movies that show this on the help site under reseller support, that may help to show this.

After you have your database restored goto cpanel > backup and click on the link to download a database, just click on the name of the database to download Then you can upload it later by browsing to the file on your computer with the window just to the right of the dowload.

Hi Dave, welcome to the forum Is your e-mail listed as the contact address for your domain? Do a whois to see www.whois.sc/yourdomain If its your e-mail, you may be able to transfer it to another domain registar. If you can transfer it to TCH (wildwest) or get another domain name here it will be yours and only you will have control of it through a web based control panel where you can change the DNS (where it points to). There are some new rules for transfering domains that other can fill you in on, but as I understand it, if you are listed as the contact address, you can do it even without the current domain registars aproval. The first thing is, are you listed as the contact address?

Yep, just edit the 2nd line to remove the ## and change the e-mail to yours point the action part of your form to the script and thats it you may want to upload the test.html form and try it first then modify it or try your own form, its very easy.
