Not always so true. I can not tell you how many times I have saw PHP exploits across ALL versions of php. PHP is still support 4.x versions and we keep PHP to date with the latest 4.x versions. I am not chomping at the bit to see massive tickets come in about broken sites when php is upgraded.

The issue with squirrel mail via cpanel link has been corrected on all servers. If you still having this issue, just drop us a note and we will fix it up now that we have a remedy. Bill

I can hit your site from my home adsl connection without issue. How are the bass running in Lake Mead right now? I was there last time this year and they were scattered. I personally replied to your help desk ticket 6 minutes after you submitted it to our help desk. I personally found the virus in your email inbox and removed it. I personally corrected the issue with your account and personally replied to the help desk ticket. This was all handled in under 6 minutes from your ticket into our manage queue until the issue was resolved. I think we did a good job with this incident, I am sorry you are upset. I would suggest you remove your username and password from this post, or your account will be hacked.
