The issue could clearly be with your DNS servers. However, we have no control over the DNS for your domain as your not pointing the DNS for your domain to our DNS servers. As listed in the WHOIS for your domain. Domain servers in listed order: Manage DNS NS69.WORLDNIC.COM 205.178.190.35 NS70.WORLDNIC.COM 205.178.189.35 You stated when the DNS is offline you can still reach your TCH account via the IP of the TCH server. So this is clearly a issue with your DNS provider and not TCH. Please contact your DNS provider.

I am sorry you dont approve of this. However, I have to pay my technician to re-install the certificate for you. Level 2 techs are well compenstated, I can't install peoples SSL certs at a loss that would make no sense at all.

We have to re-purchase a new SSL cert and re-install it. So there is a small fee.

Every host has downtime. Every network has downtime. Every server has downtime. Every router has downtime. Every switch has downtime. It is a fact of life. The better hosts are setup with redundant network connections, switched and routers. Having a 100% uptime network is only as good as the servers you cage on that network. We average better than 99.95% on our server farms for uptime. Does this mean we never have a server go down for more than .5% Nope I learned from the TCH client base. They want a honest host that will communicate the issues with them . That is why we created these forums. I wish you all the luck in finding the right host for your needs. Bill

Most of the PHP chat forums I have seen simply do not work very well. They either are very intensive against server resources or they just dont update enough. I think the only real chat solution is a true IRC server. Sorry we dont get into IRC services. Good luck.

No, server97 was donated to the local charity for their new "Solitare" server. You must have missed that post.

Didnt we sell them off to that off shore hosting company last week? I thought for sure we did.

I am now placing the final fix for the issues of fantastico not showing up.
