  1. For one and one-half days, I have been trying to resolve email problems with the Help Desk. I have been with tch for 2 years and have been sending and receiving the same amount of emails for over a year. The error message is: The server responded with an error. Account: 'mail.sunsetdirectlending.com', Server: 'mail.sunsetdirectlending.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Too many connections from your ip address (reached max connections)', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90 All of a sudden we are having this problem. The help desk just keeps answering that they are testing it fine and they don't respond to my questions to solve my problem. I beg anybody at tch to help me. I lose about $30,000 a day when this doesn't work. We will buy more services if that is the solution--please don't leave us out in the cold with no warning, no help, and no support. 2. I know you recently updated DNS server names. What should we currently be using?
  3. I am trying to set up where we have five customer service employees send out emails, I want copies of all that sent to another email address without their having to cc the mailbox. We do this on inbound by just using a forwarder. I am thinking the email filter function would work on outbound but how??? Any ideas?
  4. I have an account set up with forwarding to another email account. I've noticed that the forwarded messages are retained in the original email account also. Is there a way for this not to occur (without having to go into webmail and delete them). ffrazz
  5. I also prefer the choice. I receive alot of MS Office that we have to tell the sender to zip. They don't get it.
  6. Thank you for the thread info where this has been discussed before. My files that are being refused server side have .eml attachments. Many implementations of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange forward messages as .eml attachments within the forwarding message. Perhaps a future implementation of Exim will not perform like this.
  7. Emails being sent to me with excel, executable, or word document attachments are being returned to the sender from another email system with: This message has been rejected because it has a potentially executable attachment "bulkrates050403.xls" This form of attachment has been used by recent viruses or other malware. If you meant to send this file then please package it up as a zip file and resend it. We prefer to receive these files unzipped (since many senders do not remember to zip them), and wonder how to configure to do so.
  8. Thank you. You do have to create the db before running the script. (The documentation does not say so).
  9. Has anybody installed phpwebsite on their web. I am having an installation problem. I am running setup_config.php (which creates the config.php file)--(the program has a fully-fleshed installation script but...), I keep getting the message: Unable to connect to your server's database. Please reenter your settings. My database host is localhost. Is this correct? Or do I need another path for connection i know that mysql is working since I have other dbs. Thanks ffrazz
