I would like to take this time to introduce a new hire into our Level2 Administration Team. Our team is growing fast... Anyways, please welcome Muhammad to our Level2 administration team. He will be working on higher level2 issues and you might not always see him responding to tickets. But rest assured he will be a fundamental part of why our servers run so smooth. Oh and Muhammad.... When Bill said TCH is a family, I am able to understand he really meant, it is really a family assorted over the globe. Happy to be a part of such a great family.
