  1. Hi, What about subdomains, can you redirect them? E.g. subdomain1.mywebsite.com no longer exists, but I still have mywebsite.com/subdomain1 is that possible? Jim
  2. Hi, No there is no way to speed up email. Email sending depends on traffic, users location, users in box, users ISP etc Jim

  6. Hi, First of all, press ctrl-alt-del (just once!) and close EVERYTHING apart from explorer and then sit back and wait and see if your computer fouls up again. let me know how that goes Also look in msconfig (start>run>msconfig) and goto startup tab, unclick anything you dont want to start up. Make sure you have done a very thorough hard disk scan, spy scan and virus scan Jim

  15. Hi, If you cancel the CPANEL you will notice the images then load before being again asked to log into cpanel. This is because the folder containing the pictures has been locked, and each time you call an image, it requires you to log into cpanel to unlock it. It could also be that the htaccess file needs looking at. Please either start a help ticket, or PM Jimuni or AndyB or Rick with your cpanel login detials and we shall sort it for you Thanks Jim

    "owned!"

Hi, I know I read that one too, its quite sad how some people just blow things way out of proportion, fail to read anything and then blame everyone insight apart from there self. I would also like to point out, TCH accepts all and complete criticism. Feedback is very important to us and the way we run things here at TCH, after all, its the customers that are our number 1 priority, and we are always acting to improve and refine the services that we offer you, and we only can do that because of the good and bad comments that we get. So if anyone does have any feedback, both good or bad, please let us know about it! Jim
  21. Randy, Could you please tell me the domain name(s) you are trying to host please and I will take a look at this for you. The help ticket will still be present. If you log into the help desk and click on tickets, then click on "closed" you will find all the closed tickets that you have started. Jim

  23. Hi, Having dicussed with other guru's, the problems lies with invisions interaction with sql, not apache. If the forum is only 1 week old, then I might suggest that you build a new one, but in phpBB as like you said, seems to be more stable then the latest rendition of Invision Jim
  24. Yes it will be looked into Jim
