Hi, Those settings looks correct for CSB. Have your site propagated yet? Otherwise you will need to use the ip-number mentioned in your welcome email instead of ftp.ourlilbear.com.

I dont know exactly where in an ftp-directory it would be located, but in your cpanel > site management > backup, check for database named agbook (which I think is the original name for adv. guestbooks database), if found ask the help desk to restore that database.

I am not sure if this will work, but if you want try this... 1) Remove current guestbook. 2) Reinstall with version 2.3.1 3) Submit a ticket and ask if they have a backup of the database (check first in cpanel what the current one is called, should be something like "guestbook") and if so ask them to restore it. 4) Hope for the best that it now works. Also, I checked who is hosting that site that shows up after a while. Its hosted by yahoo, so maybe you should drop them a abuse ticket.

No news yet. But don´t take my word for it since I´m only a moderator and don´t know what the red guys are working on. What I do know is that they are working hard to make this UK thing to be as great as the rest of the TCH services.

Besides the suggestions above on how to check loading times I dont know any. But I checked your time and it loaded in 9 seconds from Sweden, Cable (8 Mb), Firefox (for what thats worth).
