  1. Internal routers as in internal routers at my wireless service provider? I do use Nextel wireless card for internet access. I can contact their support if that looks like the place where the problem lies. Odd that I can access any other site except www.eatshopplay.com.
  2. From that tracert, do you guys know where that last ip address is? 65.254.48.2 It looks close to the ip of the server that hosts my page from what i can tell.
  3. yeah man i can pull up your site no problem.
  4. i ran it twice and both times it stopped at the same IP.
  5. thanks. here is the output... C:\>tracert www.eatshopplay.com Tracing route to eatshopplay.com [65.254.50.74] over a maximum of 30 hops: 1 80 ms 50 ms 40 ms 172.29.248.52 2 61 ms 30 ms 50 ms 172.29.248.49 3 80 ms 60 ms 40 ms 172.29.251.26 4 80 ms 60 ms 50 ms 65.76.250.253 5 80 ms 60 ms 50 ms 65.76.250.246 6 70 ms 70 ms 60 ms se-2-0.hsa2.Raleigh1 7 50 ms 81 ms 50 ms so-6-0-0.mpls2.Ralei ] 8 60 ms 60 ms 60 ms ae-0-0.bbr2.Atlanta1 9 50 ms 60 ms 60 ms so-5-0-0.gar2.Atlant 10 80 ms 220 ms 180 ms 4.78.210.6 11 100 ms 80 ms 50 ms 209.51.131.25 12 60 ms 50 ms 91 ms 65.254.48.2 13 * * * Request timed out. 14 * * * Request timed out. Does this say anything???
  6. what is a tracert?? I'd be happy to try anything right about now...
  7. My laptop has the power cord hooked into it and a wireless network card from Nextel. Those are the only two things going on with my laptop. I don't have any firewall software or any related software installed. Man this is strange.
  8. No, I'm not behind anything. I have an old laptop with virtually nothing on it, and a wireless internet card for getting out on the internet.
  9. If I ping www.eatshopplay.com from my laptop, I get... C:\>ping www.eatshopplay.com Pinging eatshopplay.com [65.254.50.74] with 32 bytes of data: Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Request timed out. Should I be able to ping that domain and is that the correct IP?
  10. Hi there. I am in need of some serious help!! My domain is www.eatshopplay.com. The domain was hosted by another company and I switched it over to Total Choice Hosting. I am having problems now seeing the site from my laptop and getting mail. I'm not sure if it has to do with some kind of routing issue on my computer?? I tried clearing my broser cache. I use IE and I deleted temp internet files. My mail is failing as well. Meaning outlook express. It cannot connect to the server. My other host used mail.eatshopplay.com as the mail server, so I'm not sure if my laptop is trying to hit that old server rather than the new one?? Any ideas? I tried Total Choice Support and they can pull up and view my site. It is only on my laptop where I am having trouble. Thanks.
  11. Hello. I have my site www.eatshopplay.com. I have my outlook express configured to view my mail. My ingoing and outgoing servers are mail.eatshopplay.com. Outlook is rejecting my password for some reason however. Any ideas why? I can log in to webmail using my correct password, and i can read my mail. Same password in outlook fails.
  12. I just opened an account with TCH. I am in the process of re-routing my DNS servers for my domain. In the meantime I am using the Ip address to look at my uploaded files. I use php to point to include files using the document root. Here is the top of my index.php file: <?php $includesDir = $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] . '/includes/'; $bodyclass = "main"; $bodyid = "homepage"; include $includesDir . 'header.php'; ?> This results in... Warning: main(/usr/local/apache/htdocs/temp/includes/header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/eatshop/public_html/index.php on line 6 Any help would be great. i'm not sure why it is looking in that apache dir? the document root should lead me to public_http or whatever that root directory is.
  13. There isn't any place that allows it to happen. Their help section simply says that they don't allow it. http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/domains/doma...egation-04.html The bottom of that page has a link specifically regarding transferring.
