While I dont know if there are any programs that would remove them automatically (without you telling it to remove it), I believe I have read somewhere that there are a few folders in windows that is supposed to be empty, so dont remove those.

Hi and welcome to the forum, Todd. Yes, a CA domain will work. While I don´t use Frontpage, I think you should be able to upload via the IP address before you have set the DNS. Cpanel access can be done via the information in the welcome email which will be sent to you. Everything will not work I believe. Some things like forums etc needs to have a domain name and not an IP address for it to work.
