Usually it depends on the sending server. They usually try to send the email several times for a few days before its considered "Undelivereable". But again its up to the sending server from what I have learned.

There have been an issue with a few servers in the last couple of days, so please submit a ticket to the helpdesk and ask them if you are on one of the affected servers and if this might be related to these problems.

Cpanel usernames will not be changed for security reasons.

Not sure. I would think they are restoring with the latest backup they have, but please open a ticket and ask. If you have a newer backup you can of course ask them to restore with that.

Welcome to the forum, marcielucas. The reason they sent you here is because they do not provide support for 3rd party scripts, like these are. I don´t know why these scripts behave as they do, but have you tried looking for solutions in the respective scripts official forums. I believe Fantastico will provide you with a link to these forums (or atleast the address)? If not, hang in there, sometone might know the answer.

There is a script called dbsender you can try. It can send you a database backup to gmail etc. Please see Bruce's post here.

It loads very fast from Sweden. I would think this is a something on the way from you and the server (routing issue).
