I don´t think the virus comes from the rss. However, have you downloaded the file (or files) and scanned it? If so, what did the scan say?

allyronco, I have answered your post about this here. To summarize what I say there is that you will need to submit a ticket to the help desk about this.

The escalation feature are no longer available I have been informed, so the best you can do is to reply to the ticket and it will be automatically opened.

Also, delete all her temporary internet files as well. And try another browser like firefox.

You can always reopen the ticket. Just because it says "closed", it doesn´t mean it is closed, just reply to the ticket and it is opened again. Also, there is a link in the ticket area with which you can escalate the ticket to a manager for a closer review.

Hi, First of all you need to make sure your computer is clean by running a full scan and see what it comes up with. Secondly, you could ask the techs if they can help you find and remove the virus from your site if that to contains it. Third, make sure your internet explorer gets fully patched at the windows update.

I haven´t looked at your whole site, but from what I could see is that it might look good in a cms, like joomla. Asking what kind of cms to use, is like asking what car people like and why. You will get a lot of opinions. In cpanels fantastico part, there is several one click installs of cms´s you can try before you decide which way to go.

No problems like that in this test installation. You could try to reopen the ticket and give them my test installation (server 365) as reference if they wanna compare server settings etc.

I don´t know if this will help, but here goes... I just tried to set up a testblog, fresh install on server 365. When I look in the presentation area of the admin, I see there is no path defined to where the default theme should be, but when I uploaded a new theme it shows up fine both in the presentation area in admin and on the blog. To summarize what I see in my presentation area: With default; All of this theme’s files are located in /. Makaveli is correct. It´s probably just spoofed addresses, but contact the help desk and they will make sure its spoofing and nothing else.

There seems to be a huge increase in time from hop 12 and 13. It´s probably just an routing issuel, but open a ticket with the help desk ticket and see if they can see any problems on their end. If this is a domain from one of your earlier posts, lebshiff.com, it is working fine from Sweden.
