Thanks nortk. When they were about to upgrade Firefox to version 2, I read that they will not upgrade it through the auto update. The auto update are only for x.1, x.2, x.3 and so on. Perhaps it´s the same for Thunderbird as well.

When you moved, did you get a new internet service provider (ISP)? If yes, it couldbe that it blocks the ports 25 and 26, which means you need to use your ISP´s smtp settings to be able to send email.

The help desk system was upgraded a few days ago. Not sure if that can anything to do with it. I will see if this could be the case.

It´s always best to use an outside email address for help desk tickets etc or you would might not receive them if the server or your domain is down.

Sorry, I think I missunderstood you. I understood it as you had pointed the new domain to a folder on the old domain, which would not be allowed unless you have a reseller account. Either way, you will need to submit a ticket and ask the techs to look in to this.

Are you on a virtual or reseller account? If on a virtual, you are not allowed to point a second domain to a separate folder or page. All domains must point to the exact same content. If on a reseller account, please open a ticket and the techs will look in to it.

Welcome to the forum, Chad. I am assuming you are not using your TCH domain as the address used in communicating with the help desk. This would if so explain not getting any emails from the helpdesk if the domain is not working. If you used gmail, hotmail etc, please check the spam folders since these free services tends to sort emails wrong sometimes.
