  1. Update--the main website is back up but the online cart using ssl is still down. And we are still having email issues.
  2. Thanks Thomas. Can you help me get in touch with someone to resolve the email issues or forward them along? The only person online (yahoo IM, I gave up with msn) is Alex and he has not responded to my messages.
  3. I understand that it is best to send the request to a different email but that still doesnt explain why I never heard anything back or could not get into the support system to check my status.
  4. I have been using my tch domain email address as the service works sometimes (so I do evidentally receive any emails). Just weird how I (now) don't receive any confirmation emails. I'll try IM again as before the messages were unable send as I received a connection error to the msn server earlier.
  5. Hi Everyone, I was wondering if I could get some help. I have submitted two support tickets but haven't received any emails back on the tickets or been able to login to check the status. I have even requested "forgot password" to login (just in case I was entering something wrong) and never received any response. Anyways, for the last 2 days we have been have issues with email. Basically the problem is intermittent connection issues. This morning no one could connect to the pop3 server (mail.paramountcoffee.com) and sending email was was come and go. Now we can receive intermittently but most of the time it times out. Squirrel mail has also been, pardon the pun, squirrelly. It has been slow, timing out on requests, or even throwing back the error: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server when logging in. It does not matter what email client (Outlook, Express, Thunderbird) is trying to connect they are all have the same issues. We are using a mix of smtp port 25/26 on client setting and the default port 110 on pop3. Our isp (tds T1 line) does not do any port blocking. Also, I just been informed that our website www.paramountcoffee.com is down as of 12:15pm EST. Thanks, Chad L.
