It could have something to do with the Aol/aim Fowards Policy. According to this thread I would assume that forums such as SMF are also affected by it.

It should work. No need for registering or login in the beginning. You should only need to click the "submit a ticket" link. When you receive the confirmation email for the ticket. There will be a link to click with which you use your email and password to login with. Username and pasword is attached in the email.

Lets assume your cpanel username is example, database user name is thingy123, database name is mishmosh123, it should look like this: host = localhost dbname = example_mishmosh123 dbuser = example_thingy123 dbpass = password you created for thingy123 If I understand this correct, you are trying to restore a database backup? If so, please upload the backup to the server and ask the techs to restore it. If it then becomes renamed, ask the techs to look in to it and they will figure out why this happens.

Not using Outlook but in thunderbird atleast, you can set different incoming and outgoing settings, and I assume it will work in Outlook too.

He/You will need to contact the registrar for the domain and ask them to point it to the same nameserver as the original are pointing to. Or if the registrar have some sort of control panel, you should easily be able to set it yourself.

Spam box, is it enabled or disabled? It should be disabled for this to work. If it is enabled there will be a spamfolder (accessible through horde webmail) in which all spam should end up in.

Hi Rick, Why I replaced the posted cpanel username with *** was for security reasons only. You posted a cpanel username that to me looked like it could very well be real since they are automatically generated. Even if it wasn´t your cpanel username it could very well have been someone else and no one would want it on it´s conscience that an account was hacked because user sensitive data was publically published. If you wanna discuss this further, please feel free to pm me. So to everyone who reads this in the future and are in need to post scripts or info, here in the forum, where sensitive info are included, do us all a favor, replace it with ***. Since the original problem have been solved and there are nothing more to discuss about this, I am closing this thread.
