The IP belongs to us and is that of the server hosting your account. You need not worry about it. It might be one of your scripts accessing it via an internal redirect on your underlying code.

This was part of the major release / update by cpanel last week.

I have been using pidgin (previously gaim) for years on Linux and really love it. Recently trashed Trillian and installed it on windows too. The very few times I had to work via windows (I really hate that), it was cool.

The issue was a routing problem between the server your account is hosted and mac.com. This is something which we have no control over. I altered the traffic to take another route. But it takes time to get propagated, that is the reason why I asked you to give it time, again a change which has to be picked up across the internet. The issue is now resolved, a test email I sent got delivered to the @mac account you mentioned in the ticket without any issues. I have updated the ticket as well. Apologies for the inconveniences caused, but this is how internet works. lots of things beyond our scope of support. I hope you understand

Yes, the nameservers should be set the same as your hosting site. Better way to put it, the nameservers for the parked domain should be set to the same ones as the domain on which it is going to be parked

Due to the increase in complaints, effective March 08 2008, we will no longer allow forwards from TotalChoice accounts to Yahoo! accounts. Forwards to Yahoo! have resulted in several blacklisted servers over the past two months. In all cases I have resolved so far, the server was blacklisted by Yahoo! because their system doesn’t make any distinction between forwarded mail and mail sent directly to a Yahoo! address. Fighting SPAM and keeping our servers off of any blacklists is a never ending battle. We understand that some of our customers wont be very happy with this choice but we feel it is in the best interest of TCH and our servers, and will help us to continue to provide the best service we possibly can.
