I use Google Hosted with my domain. All I had to do is signup and have TCH move my domain to the Gmail MX servers and Poof! IT works great. Also I heard Roundcube is a great program too.

I don't like the X theme either but as Sam said, we need to keep support tickets and customer service open to service important issues.
