Exclude Myself From Awstats?
TCH-Rob replied to Chris Biagini's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Any time. Keep checking back every now and again the next day or so in case someone knows something I do not. -
ColdAsh, Yeah, the helpdesk is for hosting related issues and not so much software issues. Especially if it is software third party created. I have to agree with Lisa that regular formmail is full of holes and if I remember it may even be disabled on the servers. I would pick up the Ultimate Form Mail that one of our family members has made, it works well on the servers here and Jack is great at giving support for it as well.

Exclude Myself From Awstats?
TCH-Rob replied to Chris Biagini's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Ok, looks like if you have your IP assigned that the only way for awStats to skip you is by putting ^xxx.xxx. as in the example directly above SkipHosts. And yes, this will skip all or most of your ISP. -
Exclude Myself From Awstats?

I havent had a dynamic IP in a few years but have you tried 127.0.0.1? How about the first 2 of the IP range you are given, the 127.0 part? Wouldn't be perfect as it would stop everyone from your ISP to be counted. I will see if I can find anything else. -
Isnt that the RAID controler? Maybe I am thinking of something else. What mobo do you have?
-
Thats interesting, works for me in FireBird and IE. Are you putting the /cpanel on the end like it shows in the URL or does it turn to that for you?
-
Get in line brother, I have that spot taken I guess there is room for one more though. Here is to plans going well and me giving the advanced welcome aboard.
-
You have to do that? LOL. I have been there myself, I know the feeling. Glad to see you got it fixed. Thumbs Up

public_html folder no quotes Geeze, see what happens when I sleep all day. Follow instructions just below this post.

AFAIK, yes only text. You will need to compress your images on your own. This function needs to have the page it is included in have a .php extension. If my page ends in .html and I include that snippet of code I can change the extension to .php and it should work. Dont forget to update your links though.

Thomas, I was just letting you know that life was unfair. OK, I wasnt cause I didnt get it at first but dont tell anyone here. I dont want them to think I am strange or anything.
-
That does mean it is enabled. I do not use that script though so I cant say for sure the exact results "you" should be getting but it is turned on.
-
Yes, I am running BSD, my wife is still running Windows. I do not really open them, I dont give them the time of day really. Just delete, delete, delete all day long. Thomas, there is no wrong operating system or wrong computer or wrong anything if it is doing it's function. As long as it does what you need it to then it is the right one to have.

Lavon, If you go month to month to start you will not be able to get a year with a free month. Most people get the year knowing you can get your money back for unused portions if you dont like the service, though I doubt that will happen if you give us the chance.

I open them anyway.

I havent seen an onclose function for the session though others may have. Are you using cookies for this? You may check here http://ca3.php.net/manual/en/function.session-set-cookie-params.php and see if this may help.

Dont forget Database login = johndoe_login

I added this to my pages and it increased the load time. How do I check to see if this is turned on on server 58? Taken from MikeJ a few posts up;

Can you PM me the domain name? Registrar-Hold usually means the domain has expired and they are going to release it soon. It may have moved to that registrar if the place she bought it from has gone out of business or was a reseller.

Weezy, We are happy you found us. Just wait, it gets better.

1. Sort of, if you have the latest version of IE there is an HTML built into cPanel, very basic. Front Page works and Dream Weaver or we can answer other questions if you decide to learn to use an FTP program. 2. No Fantastico, sorry. 3. You will have a credit for the remaning balance applied to your new bill.

Thanks for the clarification.
