  3. If you are using Agora Shopping carts Please be advised that You should contact Agora to ensure that you are using the most up to date software and that all your scripts are updated. We have seen instances of Agora CGI Cross Site Scripting. Please make sure that you also change your passwords periodically and ensure that they are secure passwords.

  9. Hello, With any upgrade we have to ensure the stability of all the customers on our servers. We are not going to be upgrading to php 5 until we feel it is completly stable and the backwards compatibility issues can be dealt with smoothly. If you have a specific issue please message me directly and I will be glad to look into the issue.
  10. We have migrated all accounts from servers 86 and server 87 to the new servers. Things appear to be running very nicely I am scheduling the next wave of servers to be done: Server85 and server 82 are next, We are going to start them on Friday at 12:00am EST Please read the individual server pages for updates to these servers.
  11. Hello, You can always set up an Email Foward from your first domain to the second domain which will accomplish what you are trying to do.

  13. Hello everyone, Many of you that run osCommerce should take this upgrade seriously. We have seen many sites get exploited especially with the email injections that have hit many of the users insecure mailing scripts. Please remember it is your responsibilty to maintain the security of your scripts and to update them when security patches have been released. This protects both your site as well as the community.
  14. Hello, I would like to comment on this entire issue, First off, Your account was suspended because the account was compromised at the USER ID level. This is 100% your responsibility to ensure that your passwords are protected, secure and rotated periodically to ensure they remain safe. The person/persons that did crack your site uploaded scripts that were used to send out Illegal Phishing emails in an attempt to commit fraud. They do this by trying to trick users into using their emails which contain links to log in and update Billing record information. Secondly, The issue with the suspension form being sent to the incorrect Email address was my Staff's Fault. The domain name they sent the notice to was indeed your Fiancée’s instead of your Email address. This I verified when I logged into the server and checked the accounts out on this server. The communication error was due to the domains having the same name with the only difference being the .com vs. the .org extension. The issue with removing all your code is because the entire site has been compromised it is our policy as the scripts contained on this site are now not trustworthy as the hacker has had access to everything on your site. Lets look at some scenarios.... hacker gains control/access to you account... hacker then modifies scripts, html, or even better yet puts a virus on your sites images then users come to your site and guess what ? they get infected because (WE) TCH did not do the needed and delete all content from your site. Once you realized your site was down and contacted the support department, you were made aware that the site was compromised. Now the issue is this; You have a compromised site on one of our shared servers. One, which we cannot allow to remain, because the risk to the others on our shared server is too high. The bottom line is this, You are responsible for your site, For you to state You are responsible for protecting your site, You are responsible for your data, and you are responsible for protecting the users that choose to visit your site. We are responsible for protecting the other users on this server that have to use this server daily and cannot afford to have this server blacklisted or worse even unplugged because of one persons site being compromised. Lastly, My staff are very dedicated and respond to issues honestly, There is not one staff member working for TCH whom I have any issues with the integrity or the dedication they put forth replying to issues. They are all trustworthy.
  15. Hello webgyrl, I had one of my senior techs review this issue and it appears the issues you were having were due to a corrupt installation file. My tech has created a test platform for you and replied to your ticket with the information as well.

  17. Hello, We are phasing Boxtrapper out on those servers where the loads are being effected by the software. New servers are not having it enabled as we move forward. As effective as this program may have been it does increase the loads on the servers causing issues for many of the users.
  18. I know I know Its not my Number but hey a guy's gotta try right.....????? I just think that one number is going to be the lucky number... my question is this What happens to all those unlucky numbers ? they are going to claim number discrimination and file a class action numerical lawsuit against the lucky number. food for thought eh ? PS 39 is my AGE LOL
