For those getting gift cards, what kind of gift card do you get? A store-specific one, or a non-specific one (ie Visa or American Express gift card). For those of you that celebrate Christmas, I was just wondering if everyone has got their shopping done yet. Also, what are you planning on getting? For my fiancee, I'm getting her a new laptop. For my mom, she's getting a new desktop. And myself, well of course I'm getting an Xbox 360. Everyone else is getting gift cards (I hate shopping). So what is everyone else getting?

You can certainly do that, however keep in mind that videos eat a lot of bandwidth.

neville, you won't be using a CNAME setting. CNAME is only used to point one domain at another. You'll be pointing it at TCH's name servers. So you'll be using a DNS host record. You can accomplish this through using the "Set Nameservers" in your GoDaddy control panel for your domain. Before you change DNS information you should get everything on your TCH account up and running, that way once the DNS updates, your visitors shouldn't miss a beat. You should be able to accomplish this by using the IP address that you got in your welcome email. Let us know if there are any other questions about this.

Lee, when you open a help desk ticket, before submitting the ticket the software checks for keywords and refers you to a corresponding article in the knowledge base. However if you scroll to the bottom there should be a button that says something along the lines of "My question was not answered here, submit anyways". That should submit your ticket to the help desk.

Hmm... hopefully this will end the BSOD I get while using it... or maybe I need to bite the bullet and replace my year old laptop...

winfixer, welcome to the forums! You are allowed one website per shared hosting account. However, you may "park" unlimited domains on top of that (as long as they point to the same location). For instance, you may have your site at mytchdomain.com, and park mytchdomain.net and mytchdomain.org on top of that domain. Another popular mix of that would be if there is a word in your domain that is commonly misspelled, you can park the misspelled version on top of the real version.
