  1. What does your current cron job look like ? What are you trying to do ? Basically, you just need to add the " > /dev/null" onto the end of the cron job command
  2. I've just had a look at the errors that there were. Please open a ticket at the help desk, and we'll discuss it with you. I'm not going to go into details here because it's actually a security issue related to the specific post URL you are using (nothing that you are doing wrong, so don't worry )
  3. Have you uploaded /blog/xmlrpc.php in the correct format to the server ? I would also check the error log (in cpanel) for any errors there
  4. No, we don't chage for helping out on such things
  5. Take a backup of the registry first. Generally, it's pretty good in my experience. However, I always take a backup so that I can undo things if needed.
  6. try borrowing one for 30 mins from next door to test .....
  7. Welcome to the forums As Bruce says, upload the file to the server and open a ticket at the help desk, we'll get it sorted for you.
  8. Welcome to the forums Sheilla It should all be sorted now.
  9. Welcome to the forums MGandhi The best thing to do for such issues is to open a ticket at the help desk. We are aware of the issue on server 315 and 316, we are awaiting on cpanel for a fix. You should still have access your email, site and FTP without issue, if not, then please open a ticket at the help desk.
  10. For the password of an email account in Thunderbird try; Tools -> Options Then select the Privacy icon at the top, and the "Passwords" tab. Then "View Saved Passwords" and you should see a list of accounts - probably only 1 as this is all you have set up. You can "Show Password" there, or you can remove it. If you remove it, thn it will prompt you for the password again next time you try and access your email account.

  19. What does their traceroute look like? Also, what is there IP, if you PM me, I'll have a look from the server to them - to see if it's any problem there.
  20. Why don't you get the autoresponder to be triggered by the email (rather than running it as a cron job). Then it would only run when you got an email - rather than every 5 mins. Likely to be much better on server load.
  21. Correct, the first is every minute, the second is at midnight every day.
  22. How about dadamail ?
