  4. Are you going to update your sales page to reflect the upgraded reseller account size limits soon? Or are the upgraded values not yet valid for new accounts?

  6. If, when you are opening the link to Fantastico, you see a bunch of errors instead of scripts to install, you probably need to contact the help desk and have them take a look at the problem. Welcome to the forums!!

  10. Sorry to hear about your nephew's diagnosis. Thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. Just so you know, I set up a blog for my brother that he wanted to keep private, and in order to make it work, you have to install a WordPress plugin. The one I found is called Registered Only. When users hit the blog, the server first checks to see if they are logged in. If they are logged in, the blog loads normally. If they are not logged in, they are served with a login page. They can't see the blog's main page without being logged in. I loe WordPress. And with Fantastico on your account, it is a one-click install. Can't get better than that. I did the WP one-click install from Fantastico, then I modified the theme files to be what I wanted. Works great.

  13. Rob, I couldn't agree more with your review. My mom was having some trouble with a site that TCH hosts for her business. At the first sign of trouble she said to me, "do we need to change hosts?" I looked at her like she was crazy. "Mom," I said, "You're going to have occasional hardware or configuration troubles no matter where you host. That is just part of website hosting. The difference is that I know that TCH will fix the problems quickly, and will communicate with me in the process. So, under no circumstances are we going to change hosts!" Trouble happens, but when there's trouble, there isn't a host that I trust more to fix it than Bill and his crew at TCH.

  20. Today Google will launch a new product on the market called "Google Checkout" and it will appear in final, not beta form. Here is an article on how the system works, and how it can work with your online business: http://www.computerworld.com/action/articl...T_AM&nlid=1
  21. In WP you can also log in to cPanel and edit the files using the File Manager. Its not a wysiwyg editor, but that woudln't work anyway, because the files you're editing in WP are PHP files. So in the File Manager, just click the filename, and then click the edit link on the right top corner of the screen. A new window will open. Make your edits, and then click the save button. Changes are instantly live. That is how I make the vast majority of my minor edits to Wordpress themes, etc.
