In Firefox, web-hosting-resellers.html looks pretty bad whilst in Internet Explorer it looks very nice!

The Help Site is doing something weird over here. The first time I load the pages, the pages load, refresh then load again. This is affecting all the pages of the help desk and is only happening on Firefox 1.0PR

I'm not sure about whether you uninstall or just install on top, however either way your data (emails, extensions, themes etc.) are rarely stored in the program folder so even if you uninstall and re-install they should be still there - though you may start getting problems with extensions/themes (I'm not really sure - may be a language conflict but don't take my word for it)
