Shouldn't be a problem. All of your content will be stored within your own account. If you are concerned with that how about a dedicated server or semi-dedicated server. There is no HTML editor offered with the hosting plans except or the one included in cPanel's File Manager. It is a basic HTML editor. Log into your cPanel, select the File Manager. Create a file in your public_html folder of type HTML and then select that filename and open it with the HTML editor function. The "Random HTML Generator" is a simple script that allows you to insert random pieces of text into your web page.

What are you using to set the permissions? File Manager or an FTP program? Try it with an FTP program and see if they stick. If they continue to change open a Help Desk ticket and have one of the techs have a look.

Have you tried accessing cPanel with Internet Explorer? I'm not sure why are you launching Front Page from the browser. You should be able to just launch Front Page from the start menu on your computer.

Put your content into as folder under the public_html folder and then set it to web protect through cPanel. Then you can add user, password combinations to allow access to that information. When accessed it will display the login/password box just as your cPanel does. Well that will give you part of it. You will probably have to use some PHP to get what you want. Maybe someone else will have some ideas.

Try changing your outgoing port to 26 instead of 25. Your ISP is probably blocking the use of port 25.
