It's not working because it's not looking at your root folder, when parsing this directive. This will give the path of the page being loaded. In your case from your subdomain. You include file is in the "inc" folder of your "public_html" folder but the path to your actual document calling it is: Rob's solution will work. I don't know if there is a way to get just the root parsed. Someone with more PHP knowledge will have to help.

You are welcome to make links to your site active if you are hosted here at TCH and your site does not go against TCH policy for sites that can be listed on the family links page. As Rob states as long as your site is not for personal gain or the other reasons mentioned it's OK.

I see nothing about that in forum guidelines. It is an unspoken policy. The reason for not making every link you enter active is for search engine reasons. If the link is to something within the TCH domain then by all means make it active. Like a link to the help desk, another TCH forum thread or TCH page. We are just trying not to improve other sites rankings with links from this forum. It's not hard to make the link inactive. Just enclose it in the color tags or edit the http with h*tp or something like that. Thanks for understanding.

I see them on the web page but they don't appear in the source. Suggestion, select to edit the file, not HTML-Edit the file. Locate where it shows on the web page, retype the content around those characters and then save the file. I've not seen this happen before.

Thomas, Weezy: Apparently that link isn't very trustworthy. From Jim's post:

I took the time to download and test this for you and yes it will send email through your TCH account just fine. Make sure you select that your SMTP requires authentication and enter your login information.

I've been checking the what's new for InterWarn and they claim that they have recently added SMTP authentication. They say it was in version 3.0 but also under 3.3 they list it again. Do you have version 3.3? Maybe they have fixed it. When you are setting up authentication remember to add the @****** to the user login information along with the password for that account.

Moving for organization. I still believe that it has to do with TCH not recognizing the program sending email as you from your domain.

I am assuming that you are trying to set up the program to send email through your TCH hosted account to your cell phone. This is like relaying unless you can tell the program to log you in with authorization to send the email alert. Try using your ISP's outgoing mail server to send the alert to your cell phone. That should work since you are connected to their service.
