  1. Yes, you can edit your config file. The file is named user_prefs and can be found in the .spamassassin folder of your root folder.
  2. I used to get the amount of spam you are getting until I started using Spam Assassin and now only get about 20 a day.
  3. PM on the way. Thanks Dave!

  5. I don't.
  6. I learned something myself. Thanks Rob!

  8. Thomas check the offline & disk space panel in configuration. Do you have it set to ask you if you want to send unsent messages when starting? Change it to automatically send unsent messages. Here is a page that shows a screen shot. Scroll to bottom. http://www.mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/prefs/PrefsOld1.html
  9. I had a machine in our office that was doing as you describe. It is a Intel P3 450mHz and we found that the cpu cooling fan was the culprit. Don't know if that is what your problem is but it sounds very similar.
  10. As Rob says, it's what you feel more comfortable with.
  11. Everyone will get it. They will upgrade a server at a time. Please read this post.
  12. Well, do you want PHP or Perl? Flat file or MySQL? I'd get the .zip version of either.
  13. The password is encrypted and stored in the file by the system. It wouldn't be very secure otherwise.

  20. Welcome to the family, puffxy! I think if you open a Help Desk ticket (link above) they can help.
  21. What happens if you put the PDF in the same folder with the html file? Will it launch and find it? Just link to it using I kept getting 404 errors with all my tests based on the info you have provided.
  22. Have you tried: monicaburns.com/webdesignsdemo/Documents/JenThankYouNote.pdf That should load the file if the capitalization is correct.
  23. The link would be case sensitive so the first thing is do you have a folder called "Documents" Second, it is not standard naming practice ofr files on a web site to contain spaces or the ' character in the file name. Just a couple of things I see that could be wrong. And welcome to the family, Kathi.
  24. lunch (Sorry, I'm hungry, first thing that popped into my mind)
  25. That would be correct. But don't run it to often to get your account suspended for using too many resources.
