  1. Welcome to the family. And your new home.
  2. If it's still not working you may need to open a help desk ticket (link at top of page).
  3. Doing this will give them access to your entire site. Doing what I suggested above will restrict them to that folder and folders below it.

  6. Welcome to the family! If you create the folder in your cPanel and then create and FTP account to log into that folder then it is possible to use a browser to login to that folder. You would enter the following in you browser's address bar: ftp://ftp.******/yourfoldername They would receive a login box (in internet explorer anyway) where they would need to enter the login/password combination you create for that folder. Then they could drag and drop files back and forth. In Firefox I'd download the FTP extension but they would still need a valid login/password. Or you could find yourself an upload script an no login/password would be necessary. Check this thread. http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...t=0entry55909

  14. To clarify, you should use cPanel to create the subdomain. Do not create the folder yourself first. Let cPanel create the folder as it creates the subdomain.

  22. greed?
  23. Wayne, I wouldn't try where they are coming from. I would try brower detection and then send them to the appropriate section of your site. Google for "browser detection" and I am sure you will find something you can use.
  24. That's it.
  25. No you would use the link that you posted first. http://fullefx.net/cgi-sys/mchat.cgi?channel=fullefx.net As this is a full link to the chat installed on your site.
