  1. Welcome to the forums polaco
  2. There is no way I know to do what you want. What are you using in cpanel that you need to access your site that way? If you are making web changes you can use an FTP program to upload your changes.
  3. That is correct Steven. Sometimes we old timers forget that some people may not understand the terms we use.
  4. And good luck getting listed in DMOZ. I've been trying for three years and still nothing.
  5. Don't want you to think your post is being ignored. Sorry I don't have any ideas for you. Hang tight, someone here is bound to have a suggestion.
  6. Which folder did you upload into? Are you logging in with your cpanel ID and password?
  7. Welcome to the forums, amw_drizz Most likely the school is blocking the ports necessary for you to make the connection. Ports 2082 (http) or 2083 (https) need to be available for you to connect to cPanel.
  8. Welcome to the forums, Sager Do you have any filters applied in CuteFTP preventing you from seeing the file list?
  9. Nice, Tommy

I was able to add my WP blog to MyYahoo. It requires that you link to the RSS feed and not the Atom feed I believe. You need to add the XML link to the list for it to work.

  12. Find this in which ever template it's in: ><img src="style_images/1/p_mq_add.gif" name="mad_23" alt="+" /> and add the following to it. ><img src="style_images/1/p_mq_add.gif" name="mad_23" alt="+" border="0" />
  13. Glad you got it working.
  14. Is the old name going to still exist? Is it in another location? You can add a redirect on that site to send them to the new site. If you own both domains just have support park the old one on top of the new one. Change the name servers of the old one to the same name servers as the new one. When people type in or go to a bookmarked link they will be taken to the new site.
  15. Are you going to own two domain names? If yes, you can ask support to park one domain on top of the other. You will then have to change the name servers for each of those domains to point to the TCH name servers you received in the welcome email. If this is not what you are wanting, please ask again with as much detail as possible so that we may give you a correct answer.

  19. Well the PHP default is 2MB. Maybe some other members have used it for larger files and can comment.
  20. It is in the same place on version v2.x. Just checked.
  21. Thanks Tom, I looked and looked for the answer but didn't see it.
  22. Money $$$
  23. If you are trying to upload that large of a file I would suggest using FTP.
