  1. I want to publicly thank Tommy who came to help me- total stranger. He gave of his time, efforts, and talent to help a total stranger. Time that could have been spent with his family, significant other, friends, etc. He has successfully figured out and fixed what my website problems were after the upgrade. He is in my book a hero and God sent. Thank you Tommy for your help, as I said in my previous email, please don't hesitate to call me if you are ever in Dallas.
  2. Thanks for your offer I think I will contact you- I am trying one other thing before I do. I hate to put people off before trying to do everything I know to do. I will be in touch.
  3. Thanks- I am still plugging away.
  4. I seem to have everything but modules. I cannot see the blocks when accessing the website normally. The Blocks Admin shows all blocks as I had them set up before. But the Module Admin area has zero modules listed. So I guess one of my .php files is still missing some code. Any ideas?
  5. I guess this issue I am having is not a big one for anybody else. The good news is that I have made another step in the right direction and got logged in as an admin. I needed to add the following line into the config.php- Now I am attempting to add my modules back.
  6. I have continued to look around and try and understand this issue. I have seen some postings on this problem but no definitive fixes... I have made a baby step of progress in trying to find the solution. I removed the following code from the admin.php- This allowed me to get to the admin login prompt. But logging in only brought me this message- Back to the drawing board....
  7. Hello all- I am a pseudo webmaster using TCH for close to a year with no problems. The service is great and I love the options and pricing. Today I was in the cPanel area checking out the script area and I clicked the upgrade button for phpnuke expecting a warning screen with instructions and offers for backups and are you sure questions- I was expecting too much because it just performed the upgrade. Stupid me- I am really a dork -- <don't push the red button!> After the unintentional upgrade the website is still functional, the information is still there. But I cannot access my admin account. And the modules for the site are not loaded. I have done some searching and researching on this problem but I am still unsure of what I should do to fix it. So far I gather that maybe some files need to be removed and others need to be altered with new code- but I am not sure. I am not a coder and I am not a strong PHP guy-- but I am computer-able if I understand what the problem is and I have good concise instruction. Can anyone help me with this?
