Sorry, I have no knowledge of using phpAdmin to do a backup of the databases. I use the backup function of cPanel to create my backups. I also use a script called dbsender to email daily backups to myself. I'm sure someone familiar with phpAdmin will be along to offer suggestions.

Not the ones provided by cPanel. They are tied to an email address as David said. Their primary use is to inform someone that sends you mail that you received the email and will respond later. That said, you can get creative and have canned responses for questions you post on your website that would send a response to them if you code the url to send mail to the responder you create. As for them asking questions you would need some sort of database running in the background that could scan the query and send a solution.

Welcome to the forums Mish That should not be a problem as long as you own the copyrights to the images. CPanel is what TCH uses and it is version 9.x.x or 10.x.x on some servers. Yes, that is possible. If you purchase a virtual hosting plan you can pay monthly or yearly. If you sign up for a reseller plan it is billed monthly. You can upgrade at any time. On a virtual (normal) hosting plan you are not allowed to charge for use of your subdomains and you may not point domains to any of your subdomains or folders. They must be accessed subdomain.your-domain.ext or your-domain.ext/subdomain. If you have a reseller plan you would be allowed to point top level domains at your subdomains or folders.

And PopTray won't eat up as much memory as Outlook while it's running.

owatagal, that quote I made was for a virtual (normal) hosting account and not a reseller account. Resellers can point domains to subdomains/folders.

That is accurate as per the Acceptable Use Policy You can only have a single entry point for your site on a virtual hosting account. So www.blah.com can be parked on top of www.abc.com and both would show the same content when entered in the browser. There is no masking/aliasing other than what is available through cPanel or the .htaccess file. That's a question I am not sure of but I would assume through your reseller as he is the TCH customer and you are a customer of his.
